Noodle Bake

This
is one of my families favorite meals. It takes a bit of
work, but is really great for potlucks or a nice cold evening to
warm the soul. "

| Ingredients |
- 2 Lbs.
Ground Beef
- 1
Small Onion - Chopped
- 8
Ozs. Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Shredded (or use Velvetta,
1/2 of large block)
- 8
Ozs. Medium Egg Noodles - Cooked and Drained
- 2
10 3/4 Cans Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1/3
Cup Green Pepper - Chopped
- 1/4
Cup Chili Sauce (or substitute with a few shakes of
Louisiana Hot Sauce)
- 3/4
TBS. Salt - I use beef bullion instead
- 2
TBS. Pimento - Chopped
- 1-1/2
Cups Soft Bread Crumbs - crumbled (optional)
- 3
TBS. Butter - to mix with Bread Crumbs (optional)

| Directions |

Cook
pasta according to package directions. Drain.

Brown
onion and ground beef over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients
(except bread crumbs). Mix well.

Turn
into 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.

Bake
at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, Sprinkle Bread
crumbs over top and continue baking 15 minutes.
