Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion; Chopped
1 tsp. Salt (Optional)
1 cup Water (Optional)
1-10 oz. Can Tomato Soup
1-20 oz. Can Enchilada Sauce
10 Corn Tortillas
2 cups Cheddar Cheese; Grated

Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet over medium heat.
Drain off
fat. In a large bowl combine salt, tomato soup, enchilada sauce
and water
to the browned ground beef.

In a deep casserole dish, place a layer of the ground beef
mixture, lay of
tortillas and a layer of cheese. Repeat the layering process 2 to
3 times
making sure to end with the ground beef mixture and cheese on the
top.

Bake in a pre-heated 350-F degree oven for 25 to 35-minutes
until heated
through.
