Rice-Fruit Balls

  3 cups cooked rice
  1 lb. raisins
  3 lb. dried fruits
  2 cups chopped mixed nuts (no salt)
 Course chop ingredients in blender or food processor. Roll into 1 inch balls. Cover and refrigerate.
