Another Birdie Treat

 I have an easy-to-make treat for Screech, my   'Cockatiel.

 Boil some wild rice (he loves the dark grains most). 
 Boil some beans (white, kidney, u name it). 
 Bake a yam. 
 Cook some polenta. 
 Steam some broccoli. 
 Mush it all together into meal-size balls and freeze. 
 It only takes about 45 min to defrost, surprisingly,  and Screech likes it cool to room temp.
