PRETTY BIRDS "SPECIAL BLEND"
In a large pot, Add:
- barley
- lentils
- 15 bean soup (Hurst's)
- Vegetable soup mix (Manischewitz)
- black eye peas
- split peas
Let It cook for one hour. Then Add
- small macaroni
- rice
Lit it cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Rinse, add vitamins, and then bag and freeze the 'stuff'
