Strawberry Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 pint fresh or 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of apple juice
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 5 ice cubes
   
Directions
1  

Mix strawberries, yogurt, apple juice, and sugar in blender.  Add ice cubes. serve in tall cups
