| Ingredients |

Medium-size ripe tomatoes, chopped (or substitute 1-14
oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1
small onion chopped
- 1
jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2
Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1
Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1
Gloves Garlic - minced
- 1/2
Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4
Cup chopped fresh Cilantro
