Instructions:

For the Black and White Test:
First, time yourself as you read down the columns, saying each word out loud.

For the Colour Test:
Now, instead of reading, say the colour of the word as you go down the columns.

Analysis of Results
Most people will take a longer time to complete the second Colour Test than the Black and White.
However, adults and patients who suffer from ADHD will take much longer (for example, 10 seconds or more), to complete the second Stroop test.
This reflects a difficulty on concentrating on a specific task.
